Femi’s experience in real estate advisory spans over 25 years. He had held management positions in leading firms in the industry including Cluttons International Limited, Bode Adediji Partnership, Sustainable Land Development Consultants, Escodata Limited, Fola Oyekan and Associates, Continental Properties and Femi Arayela & Co. His cognate experiences include investment advisory and valuation services in respect of the Eko Atlantic City (including the seabed), plants and equipment assets valuation for Star Paper Mill Limited, Onward Paper Mill Plc, MTN Nigeria Communications Limited, Zenon Petroleum, Lonestar Drilling Nigeria Ltd., Macmillan Publishers, Bellview Airlines, African Petroleum and National Arts Theatre among others; all with requisite advisory services. Femi is also well versed in market research and was head of research at both Escodata Ltd. and Sustainable Land Development Consultants; which provided the blueprint for the Lagos State Land Regularization Project in 2002, and he facilitated the turn-around management of facilities at Ikeja Plaza and Eko Court Complex Victoria Island, Lagos.
